Anybody else hoping to avoid induction?

I may be in the minority here but I am really hoping to avoid induction or labor augmentation. Anybody else?
With my first baby, I had a very easy, very fast (precipitous birth that lead to an unplanned home birth) without intervention and want the same thing just not at home 😬. Here's to hoping my care team doesn't push for an induction (I know I can decline) even though I have GD and a history of precipitous labor. My GD is completely diet controlled, baby measuring right at 50% and I don't mind my fast labor at all 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I don’t really want to induce but also want this baby out before he becomes 10 lbs. I don’t have GD but they have tested me twice because I have a large baby per the growth ultrasounds. He’s 90th percentile and >7lbs 7oz now already by 37 weeks. I’m 37 & 3 and if I get to 39 weeks I will elect to be induced that week 😬 I am also physically suffering from all the pain/pressure and sciatica. I’d LOVE for him to come on his own before that but so far no luck.

🤚🏼 I do not want to be induced. I am with midwives and they will deliver me at a hospital. They will not induce before 41 weeks unless there is a serious health concern (they do not consider GD or baby size a concern unless there are complications) and will let you go to 42 weeks if you choose, you just have to have 2 NSTs during the 42nd week to check on babe. I am so over being pregnant and want the baby here now at 37.4, but I prefer a natural labor and delivery. I went into labor naturally with my first at 39.1, I’m praying for a similar timeline this time! If I make it to 41 weeks I MAY consider and induction, but I’m really hoping that doesn’t happen!

I would really rather not be induced. I’m 35weeks so maybe I’ll change my mind later but I would rather avoid it. Just seems like there’s more risk involved and I have no complications or medical reason to.

I really don’t want to be induced. My first was born 3 weeks early when my waters broke. But my sister in law and cousin’s wife were both pregnant at the same time and both were induced, and I just feel like mine was smooth and on baby’s time table. Probably won’t consider an induction unless I go over (currently 36+)

Im to be induced oct 1st or 2nd at 39 weeks due to being on metformin for GD but i so do not want to go through inducement and hoping to go into labor earlier. I just hit the 37 week mark today so im soooooo ready to get this baby out XD everything hurts, i sleep awful, i feel sick all the time and doc said im not even dilated at all yet

I was induced with my fist at 41w 5 days and by that point was very happy to be induced 🤣 
But I'm really hoping I go on time with this one, being my last.

Same! I have had two fast labors with no medical intervention. But i feel like this time around theyre going to bring up induction because baby is smaller. Everything else is perfectly fine with her and my placenta but they want to see me twice a week already and they keep talking about risks. But my 1st born was 5 pounds and is perfectly fine so Im feeling confident that no intervention is needed.

Anybody else hoping to avoid induction?
