Felling out and defeated 😭

I just got home from spending the day In The ER because of severe pain on my right side which ended up being a broadband ovarian cysts that is also attached to the tendon which is who I’m in so much pain. While I was there of course they did a pregnancy test and my HCG is 1 which is negative. Assuming I ovulated 24-48 hours after getting my positive opk (9/7/20) I would be between 8-10DPO. I just feel like I’m out and between that and the pain from the cysts I’m about to break!!!!
