HELP!!! Viable pregnancy but bleeding

So ive been cramping since Sunday, went a&e, Sunday Monday and Tuesday. Sunday did a internal exam and said cervix is closed. Monday did vaginal scan baby was 5+6 saw a heartbeat and pregnancy was viable. I started bleeding yesturday so did another exam and said cervix is closed. Im bleeding on a pad but not soaking every hour or 2. Ive worn the same pad for 3 hours. Also it is only when I wipe that the blood comes on the tissue. Today I feel nausated. Im just wondering anyone been in this situation and all was good. Im thinking positive. Please Pray for my baby bean. The last 2 pics are from yesturday.
