So my ac is shitty. Its been broken 5 times this month alone.

One of the maintince people arnt even allowed to service my apartment anymore because he was rude to me, took his sweet ass time for three days in 90 degree weather, dragging his feet to come fix it.

They got a copy of my key and dont even bother to use it to come fix stuff.

Litterally everyone who works in the office is rude as shit. Idek what the heck i did. Idk how to get them all to stop being so mean to me. Its like they deal with rude people all day so they just assume everyone who calls is gonna be rude. And im not gonna kiss no ass for no reason. I just want my ac fixed without being bitched at for asking for it to be fixed.

How do i deal with this??
