Could I be pregnant?

I switched from Levonor 0.1-0.2mg to Errin 0.35mg my last cycle was 15th-20th in July. I started taking Errin after my period in July as recommended by dr. My husband and I don’t use any form of protection then the pill. I spotted several different times in August (assuming it’s the new birth control) but I still have had no period and no period signs whatsoever. I’m a week late for this month and wondering if I should test or wait? My periods are normally regular
