Newborn and work form home

I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant, and interviewing for two jobs in the same field. Both positions are work from home call center dealing with insurance service. The more prestigious of the jobs, I worked before back in 2018 and honestly wish I had never left. But this job has 3 months of training. At the end of that training my baby is due, which is December. The other job is only training for 5 weeks. Do any of you ladies have experience with caring for a newborn while working from home? I don’t want to be away from her, but honestly this is not an opportunity my family can pass on at this time. The time I might have to be away from her after leave will benefit us more than hurt us. Please any advice is greatly appreciated TIA
