Is it possible for me to be pregnant if the last time I had sex was 2 months ago and I’ve gotten 2 periods after that?

I cramped for the first time on my ovulation and my fertile week ended today. I am still slightly cramping but it might be because of UTI too (I get them often).

I also had a weird sensation on my nipples, almost like a sting. It came and went but it stopped today.

I am overthinking probably but abortion is banned in my country and I broke up with my partner.
