Breast Milk Jaundice

My baby is two months old and has been exclusively breast feeding and gaining weight great. I’ve noticed since birth she’s had mild jaundice and mild yellowing if her sclera but doc didn’t think so at her one month check up. Now come two months and she said yeah maybe. She thinks it’s just breast milk jaundice which she said is normal but she checked her liver function anyway to make sure. Her bilirubin was elevated but her AST and ALT were also elevated ( mildly) which she said the last two aren’t commonly elevated in breast milk jaundice .

Anyways she’s having me repeat the tests in two weeks and if not getting better than refer me to a gastroenterologist. Anyone have a similar experience ??
