Can you read this?

On 3/25/20 I found out I was pregnant. A few days later I started spotting. I couldn’t get an appointment to see my doctor as he was not in due to the pandemic, so I saw a nurse practitioner at another practice instead. I got an ultrasound done 3/30/20 at 4 weeks 6 days. She told me that I have the symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. My partner and I have been TTC for some time now. So when she gave me that news I was devastated . I wanted to put it behind me and not try again. I kept the ultrasound photo just cause. So my sister saw it yesterday and says that she can see a gestational sac. I’m not sure what I’m even looking at, as I’ve never been pregnant before.

Can anyone read this and give me their honest opinion. Did I have an ectopic or was there a sac in my uterus and I was misdiagnosed? FYI: I did not have any procedures or take any medication it passed on it’s own.
