Night weaning a 12 month old? Tips/tricks????

My baby is 12 months and I'm ready to be done with breastfeeding, I just want my body back! She doesn't nurse during the day, she just needs it at night and this mommy is exhausted!! She usually wakes 3-4 times at night. Last night was so hard, she cried and whined and went back to sleep for a few then would wake right back up. For 4 hours it was the same until I have in and let her nurse. Is there anything I can do to help her? I've tried a paci but she refused it and cries harder. I'm at my wit's end. Any tips would be appreciated!!!!
