Increasing milk supply (ftm of micro preemie)
I had my daughter at 25 weeks back in June and have only ever been able to produce .5 oz which is very little. She is still in the NICU and I am exclusively pumping still, even though it is so hard to do at work. Any tips or tricks to increase my supply would be greatly appreciated. I've tried mother's milk and it seemed to decrease my supply further.
