Epidural fear
This is going to be my second delivery and I had an epidural with my first. I absolutely hated the process, but was happy I got it afterwards. It was so painful to get and it took forever. The epidural stayed in my back until after delivery and I felt a clicking as they were putting it down the spine. Any advice/tricks for me to keep in my head on how to make it less painful?
