You will have to go thro the CMS. My ex isn’t on my daughters birth certificate due to not turning up. He denied our daughter but the CMS said he will need to take a dna and if he doesn’t take it they will assume he is the father and he will have to pay. They made my ex pay £300 for the dna but all his payments was back dated from when the case was opened.

I think you can only get child support if he’s not in the certificate if he gives it to you willingly. If he doesn’t want to pay then you will need to get him added or at least go to court to prove he’s the dad before he would be forced to pay.

You can't go to CSA and force it from his wages UNLESS he agrees to it. But he if he refuses there's no legal way to make him pay.
