First prenatal appointment tomorrow! Nervous.

I’m 13 weeks and have my first in person appointment tomorrow with a NP. This is my third baby. With my first I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks or so. With my second I was told prior by a nurse that I wouldn’t have an ultrasound til 20 weeks. But they did one at 8 weeks. Well now I’m super nervous cause tomorrow is an actual exam down there and I don’t think I’ll get to see my baby. Same nurse told me I’d only have one at 20 weeks. And I was surprised with the ones at 8 weeks with my other two but those appointments weren’t physical vag exam appointments. We haven’t had any bleeding or cramps so far. But I got my positive test almost 10 weeks ago. And have had no “confirmation” testing. They just drew blood for a CBC and rubella test a few weeks ago. Like how am I supposed to know if my baby is healthy if they aren’t gonna check? We have an early gender determination in a few weeks but I wish my OB office was more proactive about checking baby. I do think I feel some flutters but I’m afraid I’m imagining it cause it’s not consistent. Anybody relate? I know covid is a huge factor here too. I’m just nervous.

Edit to add: I have had morning sickness and all normal symptoms so I KNOW I’m pregnant. I just want to make sure baby is okay. Also I really love the delivery OBs and the hospital is 5 minutes from my house. And the next nearest OB in network is 45 minutes away and an hour to the hospital. And I was treated well with my other pregnancies. I just don’t know why this baby is so different.
