Round ligament pain

Has anyone had round ligament pain all day? I have had a full to sharp ache and throb in my right lower quadrant all day. It hurts when I’m walking or laying down. I assume it’s round ligament pain. Just never had it last this long. I’m 19 weeks tomorrow with my second pregnancy.

Does it come with back pain as well ? Because I’m going through it and I was so tempted to call my OB but now I see it’s normal lol

I’ve had back pain with mine! I call my doctor one morning when it was really bad and he said he wasn’t concerned as long as I wasn’t bleeding or leaking fluid. So I guess normal🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s always good to bring up with your doc though:)

Yes, started last night and it’s been coming and going all day. Warm bath seems to help so are. Healthy wishes your way!

Yes! A few times it’s really bothered me on and off all day long. Typically if I get in the right resting position I’ll get some relief but when I start moving around or sit the wrong way it’ll start again:/

Yes I’ve had extremely painful round ligament pain. I have tried a heating pad which helped lots and kinesiology tape you can YouTube it. I notice it most on days that I work. The more I lay down the better it is
