I haven’t had my period for 3 months

Due to stress my period stopped showing up we thought I was pregnant but very test showed up negative. The 3 days ago I started to have cramps and felt relief because I figured it was my period coming. One night I had a dream that I was pregnant and found out at work. So in the morning I took a test... positive. I thought I was still dreaming took 7 more lol all positive. I thought maybe a false so I’ll go get a different brand. Both test were positive IMMEDIATELY! We’re pregnant as I never saw my period !!! Lol
