I found some fishy shit in his phone

This isn’t the first time. I’m sure it won’t be the last. But here in NY he is getting $900 in unemployment. Would it be wrong if me to wait and use that for bills, winter coats for our two kids, and stock up on groceries before asking him to leave?

Edit to add: money or no money he will go back to his moms. If he goes with money it’ll get spent on beer liquor and cigarettes.
