Cant seem to eat anything

Hello Mamas to be.. Im 6weeks and 2 days preg bt since the past few days i cant seem to get past any food. I cant eat anythng and im so hungry as heck.. what shoudl i do?

And it happens when im eating its like am running a marathon the way that i breath heavily.. is this normal
