Terrible Constipation

I’m 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I keep having horrible constipation. I changed my diet a bit and drank prune juice🤮 but I am still in terrible pain after using the restroom. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you get relief? Please help!!!😩😩😩
