Separation anxiety

Does anyone have any tips? This separation anxiety has been going on for 3 months and getting worse lately! I couldn't put her in her stroller to leave the park today because she needs to be held by me 24/7 it took over half an hour and a seriois wrestle to get her in the stroller and she screamed the 30 minute walk home😭 it felt very cruel, but i have back problems and couldn't carry her...this is just one example, its all the time...

I love the bond that we have, but it is so challenging having to hold her all the time and she wants nothing to do with her dad when im around
