Food!
Does anyone else feel their willpower with food slipping almost completely. I lost almost 20lbs before becoming pregnant and it’s not that I wanted to keep that weight off! I just wanted to be as healthy as I could be for my pregnancy. It’s just that now I’m either soooo hungry that I need to eat more and will eat close to anything, so nauseous that the smell of food just eewww, or sooo tired after a long day of work on my feet that I need to nap.
Anyone going through the same thing?
I just want to be healthy for my baby.
