Help and advice

Hi everyone I’m really upset, I can’t have sex because it feels like my bf is stabbing my insides when I do it and it’s so embarrassing because I have to push him away as it hurts so bad, we haven’t done it for about 10 months so we tried last night and we just couldn’t do it because it hurt so bad. He puts it in a quarter of the way and something inside me blocks his entrance. We have tried different condoms, different techniques but nothing seems to work. He try’s his best to look on the bright side but I can tell we are both fed up of it and I feel like it’s my fault. I need help and advice as I can’t take the pain any more
