Breastfeeding help ðŸ˜
I need some help/advice so I have been breastfeeding my son for the past 9.5months and in the last few days my supply had dropped to almost being gone. I pump, I nurse, I drink tons of water, done lactation cookies/remedies and nothing. He has been eating meals 3 times a day and loves it. I know I need to keep up with BM or a formula to at least one year. What formulas do you recommend? FTM and I don’t know what to do ðŸ˜
