Am I pregnant? Thoughts?

Hi Ladies! I took an at home pregnancy test last Monday, had an appointment last Thursday (9/17) and the urine test at the Dr’s office said negative. They ran blood tests and my HCG level was at a 16.48 at the time. When I took these tests I was barely 1 day late for my period. I retested yesterday and the digital ones keep saying positive. I have another appointment for tomorrow but I’m so nervous something could be wrong if my HCG levels haven’t doubled the way they should have if I actually am 😬
