Chances of pregnancy / when to test?? Do early pregnancy tests work

Hi guys. I’m 20 and my last period was on the 7th Sept and only lasts 3 days, and I have a short cycle (25 days) and according to the app I ovulate quickly after my periods ends. I had unprotected sex on the 12th (12days ago)and sex on the 19th/20th and my tummy feels a bit funny and my boobs are starting to feel tender and my period is 9 days away.. when is the earliest time to test?? I don’t know if all these symptoms are real or in my head. Do those early pregnancy tests before your late periods work?! If someone could give me some advice I’d appreciate it.

I’m in the same boat as you. I have a short cycle and ovulate pretty quickly after my period. I Started my period on the 6th, and had protective sex though, on the 13th. I’ve been cramping and having lower back pain and super sore boobs since the 18th. We only used condoms but those are not completely effective. I’m not supposed to start my next period until sometime during the first week of October. 
After doing some research I’ve found that it’s almost impossible to feel pregnancy symptoms so early. It’s usually 3-4 weeks after conception. But I know how our minds get when we think we’re pregnant lol.
Just try to breathe, you can’t take an accurate test until 2-3 weeks after having sex. Hang in there!
