Help please

So I’m having some like issues my period was supposed to have ended like 2-3 days go but I’m still bleeding but not heavy enough we’re it’s gonna show up on a pad but when I wipe it’s there me and my fiancé are confused and atm I’m still working on getting my insurance together since I moved to a different state so I wanna see if someone can message me or something comment on here cause this has never and I mean never happened (We are TTC)

I’m also very nauseous when I eat headache lower discomfort and hot flashes like crazy
