Have you ever said something to your LO that you instantly regretted right away?

If so, what is it?
Tonight I lost my cool and said something I did NOT want to say. It slipped out and I think cause I’m on my period my emotions got the best of me and I started to cry.

Well I accidentally told him something bad about his dad, it wasn’t anything directed toward my son himself ... but his dad just treats him so rotten and it gets to me 🙃

I don't think it was what I said but how I reacted when he broke a plate I carelessly left in his reach. I called out his name like it was his fault and then remembered it was actually my fault and I apologized.

Not my June baby but my 13yr old, I told her to "shut up" one time and I had to leave the room and try really hard not to cry, then come back and apologize to her. I don't speak to her like that ever and I don't swear at or around my kids so that was the closest I came to saying a "bad word/words". It made me sick that I spoke to her like that, just the look on her face after I said it, just crushed me! I know that's not really a terrible thing but I yelled it and it was shocking to her. I say A LOT of stuff in my head 😂
