Scared

My left breast is significantly bigger than the right and it also seems to be a little hard at the nipple, but my nipple doesn’t even seem to be there anymore, it hurts a little but I’m 16+1 weeks pregnant. I’m worried because my mom and sister say that it doesn’t look normal and it shouldn’t be hard and my dads mom had breast cancer, early enough to catch it but still now I am worried for my little guy. Any words of advice? I would post a pic but that’s against the rules
