Pregnancy signs or wishful thinking?

I uploaded my calendar so you guys can see my cycle. I’ve been feeling lightheaded and cramps for the past 3 days, also my boobs are sensitive. The day after ovulation I had heavy white creamy CM. My uterus is feeling super heavy today and feeling tightness in my uterus and thighs. I know AF is not coming for a while and I never get cramps or sore breast this early. Is it pregnancy signs or should I go to my OB to make sure it’s nothing more serious? I know this calendar isn’t accurate on its timing either.
