Implantation bleeding question

My period is supposed to come in 5 days. A few days ago I had a super heavy feeling in my uterus and thought it was the start of cramps. It’s stayed consistent and hasn’t gotten any worse. This morning I had clear mucus that was blood tinged just once and hasn’t happened again. Kind of freaking that this might be implantation.

If you had it, when did it happen for you and what did it look like?

We are not trying, we have a 14 month old and a 5 year old and were “done” having kids 😅
