Potty Training Terror Help

Hello everyone! My daughter Lily Belle (2.5+ years old) started potty training at school and home. She does ok at school but her difficulty at home is that she holds it until she can't anymore. She sits on the potty every 30 minutes fine but it's become more of a chair then a potty. Yesterday she stood up, pants down, in front of the potty and peed on her pants when I turned to get her toilet paper.

We tried the 3 day naked method (No luck). We offer rewards, she has a potty chart, fun underwear....i feel like I've tried almost everything. We can't stop and wait because daycare is all in.

Any advice?
