Decreased fetal movement at 33 weeks

Yesterday and today I’ve noticed baby hasn’t been moving near as much as usual. It’s still moving 6 times in 2 hours like the ob said but definitely not the usual, this baby usually moves and kicks so much it feels like it’s trying to break out. Should I go to the hospital to get checked? Ob said to go there if decreased fetal movement but since it’s still moving the 6 times in 2 hours I’m not sure what to do I don’t want to seem like I’m overreacting just anxious after losing a pregnancy last year and I don’t want to go in alone cause of covid restrictions.
