Spotting or period?

Im not really sure how to identify spotting but my period isn’t supposed to start for a while. Do people generally have bleeding like this in between periods or am I just really irregular recently?

Literally everything about this cycle has been uncommon. I have PCOS but right after my period, I went 4 days like normal. Then I was cramping, thought it was just from getting off my period. Then they got sharp so I thought it was a cyst. Then I started peeing every hour pretty much so I thought I was ovulating (apparently its common). My cm started smelling different. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve never had a UTI/yeast infection/BV that makes it like that. It almost smelled a bit sweet? Normally if I’m going to bleed, it has a metallic type odor. And it doesn’t hurt. My man hasn’t been with anyone else (he works 18 hours a day between side hustles and work). I baby danced about an hour ago and noticed that it intensified the cramps. Sex always lessens my cramps. But my sex drive has been up and I got up to clean myself up and there wasn’t any blood on him, but i noticed I was spotting. I had a tiny sharp pain when he went in, but I figured I just wasn’t very wet yet. What’s up with me? There’s no chance that I could be pregnant yet. I literally just had a period a week ago. I’ve never felt like this before in my entire life. Even with the PCOS.
