Pregnancy diet
I'm always learning new things about what I can and can't eat while pregnant. I thought I've share some of things I learned about safe eating while pregnant.
Don'ts
1. Cold cut sandwiches. Cold cuts might have bacteria that may cause miscarriages.
2. Sushi. I think salmon is alright, but too much mercury in fish is bad. However good oils like omega 3 is good.
3. Raw vegetables. They could also contain bacteria.
