Would you be upset if your bf mom post your baby on social media before you when you asked no one not to until you decided to .

When we had our daughter we told everyone no one is allowed to post our child online ,well his sister did not listen ,we reported it to Facebook, and they sent her a letter explaining that she can not post pictures of a minor child without parents consent, she took them down. A week later she reposted them ,we went back to Facebook and they sent a final letter telling her she could go to jail. Well she took them down and a month later posted more pics ,we reported and asked us if we wanted to press charges we said no but then we disowned her. Haven't seen her in 9 years .and we won't.

I would be upset. I would want to opportunity to tell people when I’m ready and make sure I told everyone I am close with before it’s online. I think it’s especially upsetting if you had specifically asked them not to do it.

Id be pissed.  I made sure to tell everyone no one better post a picture of my baby before I do or I’ll flip out. Lol no one did with my daughter but I’m concerned with my mil this time around. She announced to fb before we ever did but I didn’t necessarily tell her she couldnt. But I will be sure to inform her to not post pictures of him until we do.

I would be incredibly upset. I've made my boundaries with the relatives VERY clear and everyone knows not to post without permission.. husband also shares the same viewpoint.
