It’s not possible to get a positive pregnancy test that early, and it doesn’t mean multiples.

Early positive has nothing to do with multiples. It just has to do with how early you implant, which can happen anywhere between 6-12 dpo

Just means you ovulate early in your cycles

I got my positive at 2+4 based off of LMP and my doctor did not change my due date even though I ovulated early. I ovulated CD 9 and got my positive just over a week later. 32 weeks tomorrow with a singleton.
