TTC!!!

Hi ladies, I’m 18 and have been TTC for about 4 months now with no luck. We’ve done everything from buying the fertility tea by pink stork to using the preseed lube. This last month we haven’t used anything and sort of lost hope. My period has been irregular for the last 2 months and I’ve started to slowly stop logging anything. My period isn’t due until the end of the month and I’ve been spotting for the last couple of days. I’m not sure if my period is just early or if it’s implantation bleeding. Posting a photo for advice
