acne!!!!

so i have huge pimple on my face and one on my lip i think is 3 total i have no stds or nothjng but i took progestron pills and had a 15 day period and now this i never had pimples in my life.. one pimple is big and hurts... the pimple around my mouth is embarrsing🤦🏻‍♀️ 😭😭😭
