After nearly 14 years, working or commuting 18 hours a day 4-6 days a week, we average twice a week. It’s just not possible on work days.

When not pregnant (even after having one kid) most nights, now that being pregnant is getting in the way like 2-3x.

I have ptsd from some stuff in my passed. It didnt show up until after I got pregnant 2 years ago. Sex is to scary for me right now so we dont do it much. Sex isnt everything in a relationship 🤷‍♀️

We aim for once a week. Sometimes it’s more, sometimes it’s less (depending on work, kids, house/yard, etc.). 
If you’re in a sexless marriage (defined as less than 10 times in a calendar year) and it’s bothering you, you should definitely speak to your partner and/or reach out to a professional who can help you both work through it.
