I got an Ovulation with Ovasitol
If you have PCOS I hope this reaches you . I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but I suspected I had a mild case of it. I usually get my periods every month but some months it didn't come . After I got married in 2019 my cycles where at about 45 days or so , then I heard people talking about how long that was and how much it would be a problem to get pregnant and so I googled and googled( please don't do this to yourself I beg you) . Take me as an example .
So I decided to try vitex for months to regulate me and all of a sudden I never got one natural period after that. I had to get provera to force a period . To add more injury to this very frustrating wound my gyno would not give me anything to help me ovulate. All I want to do is get pregnant and with all of this Covid restrictions I still can't get an appointment to do the HSG and ultrasound that she wants. So I was just sitting here frustrated till one day I came across an ad on Amazon for OVASITOL ( it comes with a scoop in powder form and is mixed with water and is pretty much tasteless).
I read alot about it an realised it was a form of vitamin B that helps the reproductive system,so I decided to buy it ( it was a bit pricy but I was desperate, it was better than the provera that made me put on weight and feel crappy and it had 3 months supply .)
I started this exactly two months ago religiously twice a day as directed on the product, at first my mood actually got way better, my skin was clearer, I lost a couple of pounds . I also take my bbt everyday so I knew if any changes occurred.
As of 6 days ago my temperature has spiked and has stayed elevated meaning I had ovulated finally on CD59. I am still in shock but over joyed.I might not be pregnant this month but I know that after ovulation comes a period . Hopefully it gets regulated after a couple of cycles as I have read from other people's reviews.
Well the moral of this long story is if you have a problem with your periods not coming or suspect you have PCOS or you indeed have PCOS please give this a try. Especially if you don't want to try drugs to force a period or ovulate. Now you have to be patient, some people say they saw improvement in weeks mine took about 2 months ( but then again it's been almost a year since I had a natural period maybe that's why it took longer). I'm not the most patient person but I think this time it paid off. 😊🥳
