Registry Must Haves?!

Question

I am excited to start my registry! What are your registry must haves? I am a first time mom so we have nothing. We know the basic stuff but I know there are some great products out there we would maybe overlook. There is so much it gets overwhelming. What are the best things you found and what stores did you have the best luck?

Get a nose frida. Its one of those products that new moms usually don't know about but once they discover them they swear by them! Its a quick was to relieve a stuffed up baby nose (which will inevitably happen!)

I honestly am so glad we splurged and got the owlet smart sock. I don’t think I would have slept without it

We love our diaper genie, small portable bassinet for easy naps, and used oodles of burp clothes in the beginning. My SIL also really recommends a wipe warmer so cold wipes don't wake them up too much during nighttime changes!
If you're breastfeeding, a Hakkaa is really great for catching extra letdown, and I got cute reusable bamboo breast pads on Amazon for leaking milk.
They make little mittens to prevent babies from scratching themselves; they worked wonders for my friend's baby. 
I also highly recommend a backpack diaper bag instead of a traditional purse bag; we got our Eddie Bauer bag on sale from Best Buy and it's a neutral colour so my husband carries it too and it's so easy to organize and carry!

Could you tell us a little more about you and your preferences?  Budget?  Living situation? (Apt/house - is space an issue?).  Personal size (are you big and tall/petite?).  I spent months researching, interviewing, observing all of the perfect baby gear searching for the “best of the best”, but realized that babies are just tiny humans and have their own needs/preferences just like people.  The gear that was right for me wasn’t always right for my friends.  For example, many people told me the Bjorn bouncer was a “must have”.  It was expensive and my baby hated it.  Turns out it’s better for larger babies who can actually
bounce.  My baby was (and continues to be) in the 20-30th percentile.  It was never going to work for us.  I gave it to a friend with a big baby and he LOVES it.  There are so many good choices.  Help guide us so we can guide you!

This is my second pregnancy and my tried and true that I’m using/buying again are a Ergo baby carrier, boppy, and a bedside bassinet.
