New mummy coming at you!

12 weeks pregnant, finding the right foods to eat is super hard atm.

I buy light products, atm I can’t handle chocolate or milk?

Makes me want to go!

Not that I have been eating a lot of bad foods, I’m actually feeling limited to what I can eat,

I eat anything that’s creamy and made with light. I find myself needing to go and my stool is softer and yellow.

I drink plenty of water or any fluids that aren’t gassy or full of sugar.

Has anyone been going through this?
