Braxton Hicks?

I think I was having Braxton Hicks contractions today, but they went from just kind of uncomfortable to reasonably painful. So much so that it made me really nauseous. I had the same thing happen during this time in my first pregnancy and they couldn't explain it because then they were pretty consistent for a couple hours. Today it was only 15min or so. REALLY uncomfortable though. I keep ready that they usually arent painful, but has anyone else had this?

I went to the hospital 2 weeks ago for the same reason! I never felt Branxton hicks with my first pregnancy so I thought I was going into labour! 
Everything was apparently normal and they stopped after a while. But they were much more painful than I had expected!

Drink more water/fluids. It helps.

My Braxton Hicks are awful! Has brought me to my knees in Costco. Go away relatively quickly (20 mins) but started at 14 weeks this time. Very painful!

I had this for a whole night. I was always told that Braxton Hicks shouldn’t be painful 😣, but these were definitely painful.
