Vitex
Anyone with PCOS taken VITEX to help regulate ovulation? I’ve been trying to read up on everything I can take that will help my body be more normal. I am currently get a blood work up and have a CT scan scheduled next week to see how everything looks. I would like to start taking it , if it’s helped others before. Trying to conceive before I leave for my next duty station ( dec 2021 ) since I work in the hospital in OBGYN right now
