Weight
So literally most of my adult life I’ve struggled with my eating. I always under eat because I’m terrified of weight gain.
Whenever I go on holidays and eat bad or attempt to start eating 3 meals a day I gain weight straight away so I go back to underrating.
I was really worried with falling pregnant how I would cope with weight gain/eating meals.
First trimester nausea/food aversions has pushed me to eat carbs almost every meal (I would hardly eat carbs usually)
And I’m eating a good four meals a day and a lot of food because I’m so freaking hungry.
But funny enough I’m not 12+2 and I have not put on any weight at all.
pregnancy had given me so far the gift to eat as much food and carbs as I want for the first time without weight gain. So weird. This baby is so far proving to be all my husband and not me with it’s metabolism and food cravings and my constant need to gag. Haha
