Sleep training
😞 my LO is going on 15 months & we’ve decided it’s time to start sleep training. I’ve started the routine and putting him down when he’s sleepy. I leave and he cries and I go in after 10 minutes then console him, put him back down, he cries & I go in after 10 and then the 3rd time I wait 11 etc. I’ only gotta go in about 3 times. My question is is do we do this during Naptime?
