I usually don’t know when I’m going to start, so it comes out of no where for me

Neither? My period usually doesn’t START start until after I pee. So I have that much warning. I usually have a pad nearby.

I wear period underwear so if I bleed without knowing it's totally okay. I feel so much less stress about my period now. I also use a menstrual cup so at night I never worry about leaking anymore

I usually spot first, so I see it start on the toilet paper before I have to worry about my underwear. So unless it starts while I'm sleeping I'm prepared. I usually wear Thinx period underwear the day or two before it starts (or at least at night) just in case.
