Routine.???

Question

My baby is 18 months I’ve never made her a routine which I regret because she sleeps at 9 and wakes up at 1 am n then sleeps at 4am n doesn’t wake up until 1pm which sucks bc I have to stay up with her until 4 am... any tips or suggestion.?? I want to make her a routine but idk what to do. I don’t work or anything so I’m home all day with her. Thanks
Update: this little girl used to sleep through the night until like a month ago is when she started doing that 😭

Start by not letting her sleep until 1pm. Wake her up at 8 or 9. The day starts then. Give her a nap or 2 later in the day (I can't remember how many they get at that age), but keep the bed time and wake up time the same. I don't remember what my toddler's schedule was like at that age, but I remember I never let her sleep past 8. She went down at 8 and I got her up at 8. If I let her sleep in later, it would lead to a later nap, then a later bedtime, etc. That's the best advice I can give you off the top of my head.

My daughter is 20 months old. Her routine looks something like this: wake up is between 7-8am. Lunch is between 11 and 1130 and nap is between 12 and 1. She is awake by 3pm whether I have to wake her up for not. And then dinner is between 530 and 630pm. Then we do bath and bed for 8pm. She needs roughly 5-5.5 hours of wake time before a nap. So the routine varies depending on what time she wakes up but this is the gist of it. She doesn't sleep through the night yet which is annoying but I do make her go back to sleep until at least 6am. Even if that means she hangs out by herself with her stuffed animal
