No. If you get a positive ovulation test (as in both lines are the same) it could mean you're pregnant. However you do usually have a lh surge before your period so you can get a bit of a stronger line even when not pregnant. 
I used opk a few months to test it out and when I was pregnant I got an actual positive opk, when I wasn't pregnant I just got a faint line or a line but not strong enough to be positive (tried it for 8 months while TTC number 3 and only got the positive on the day my period was due when I was pregnant. I always took them the morning my period was due)
