Pain and Slight Bleeding after Group B Strep Test

I just had my group B strep test done this afternoon and when she swabbed it felt like she went into my urethra or something. It was kind of painful and now when I pee it stings a bit. Just now when I went to the bathroom there was the slightest bit of pink tinge to the toilet paper. I didn’t have this happen with my first born, so I’m wondering if she actually did accidentally go into my urethra? And would that effect the test results at all?
